Responsibility:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to identify and understand business needs and goals.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit and analyse requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

• Conduct thorough business analysis, including stakeholder analysis, impact analysis, and gap analysis.

• Identify and communicate potential risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely resolution.

• Support the development team by clarifying requirements, providing guidance, and resolving queries.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage the product backlog and sprint planning.

• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices.

• Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Foster a collaborative and agile mindset within the organization, promoting continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process mapping, user story creation and user story slicing.

• Proficiency in using Agile tools and project management software, such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and address business needs and challenges.

• Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and completeness of requirements and documentation.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Worked in mobile or web development environment and contributed in writing requirements for web or mobile products

• Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support.

• Relevant certifications, such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), are a plus.
