Summary of Job:
He is responsible for supervising the company's networks and software. The job includes all devices and systems related to information technology, monitoring the network infrastructure, solving problems with various systems, and constantly being aware of data protection system solutions to ensure the company has secure, consistent, and reliable systems.
Responsibility:
Oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, including network systems, cloud services, and local servers.
Manage internal IT staff and external IT service providers, ensuring performance and compliance.
Ensure full compliance with SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, IT Framework, and other regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement, and test Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits in accordance with SAMA and internal policies.
Oversee incident response plans and manage responses to cybersecurity threats or data breaches.
Evaluate and manage contracts with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring SLAs are met.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures aligned with SAMA, NCA, and CSF standards.
Monitor IT budgets and optimize costs while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Supervise installations, upgrades, and configurations of hardware, software, and networking components.
Ensure secure data storage, backup, and transfer in compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide regular IT reporting for senior management and regulatory bodies.
Conduct staff training programs to improve cybersecurity awareness and compliance.
Lead IT strategy initiatives, including digital transformation and automation projects.
Update self-help files so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves.
Developing and improving the maintenance of the company's local networks and servers.
Overseeing data backup and system security operations.
Evaluate system performance and recommend required improvements.
Providing solutions and recommendations to avoid problems related to devices and data systems.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems (MIS). Advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management roles within the financial services industry.
