Project Manager

Job Objective:

Oversee the planning and execution of the Asian Racing Conference. This role requires a

dynamic leader with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a

passion for the racing industry. The Project Manager will coordinate all aspects

of the conference to ensure a successful and engaging event.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

-                    Develop and manage the project plan, timeline, and budget for the ARC.

-                    Collaborate with sponsors, speakers, and industry partners to align objectives and expectations.

-                    Oversee venue selection, catering, audio-visual needs, and other logistical arrangements.

-                    Lead a cross-functional team, assigning tasks and ensuring accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

-                    Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote the conference and drive attendance.

-                    Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth event.

•  Supervise all on-site activities during the conference, ensuring everything runs according to plan.

Other Related Assignments:

Complete duties as requested by direct line manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the racing industry.

Required Years of Experience:

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in event planning or the racing industry.
