Responsible for handling the investigations to be aligned with policies and procedures.
Create and organize employee files to ensure that all employee-related documents are up to date.
Violations & penalties implementation as per labor law.
Receive and handle employee complaints, grievances and assist with conflict resolutions confidential investigations of complaints.
Maintain the probation period for the new joiners, and keep direct manager informed.
Assist in identifying workforce requirements projections in coordination with the HR Development Manager
and all Directors,
Managers and Leads of other directorates through forecasting staffing
requirements, monitoring performance, and continually analysing the workforce history, trends and patterns.
Gather recruitment needs on a yearly basis and
verify them in order to develop the recruitment plan in alignment with the workforce plan.
Contribute to the development of strategic workforce and recruitment plans aimed at ensuring sufficient
availability of talent requirements to achieve JCSA’s strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain candidates’ pipeline that can be leveraged for constant access to talents.
Prepare job ads and post them on JCSA’s intranet, social media channels and newspapers or through recruitment agencies Conduct phone screening in order to shortlist preferred candidates who display greater fit for the role under discussion.
Coordinate with the requested directorate to arrange an interview after the phone screening is complete
and specific candidates are selected.
Prepare and send job offers to the selected candidates or prepare and send apology letters to
unsuccessful candidates.
Coordinate with the HR Operations team to prepare employment contracts for selected candidates.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the planning and recruitment field.
