Job Summary:
Working on Personal Data schemes and the applicable privacy laws and regulations like SAMA, NDMO, SDAIA, and GDPR. Analyzes privacy risks. Develops and oversees the implementation of an organization’s privacy and data protection compliance program and internal policies. Supports organizational response to a privacy or data protection incident.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) to ensure that Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is appropriately protected.
- Collaborate on data privacy policies, processes, and procedures.
- Implement controls to mitigate risks, deliver privacy training, and use technologies that uphold privacy protections and compliance.
- Lead planning, design, and evaluation of data privacy and cybersecurity projects.
- Develop procedures for reporting privacy violations, create training materials, and manage vendor compliance inspections. Align with senior management on data privacy compliance for new products and services.
- Act as the information privacy liaison and report breaches to senior management.
- Regularly report the status of the data privacy program to senior management and committees.
- Resolve noncompliance allegations promptly.
- Establish and maintain a data privacy risk management and compliance framework, including an internal audit program.
- Update the data privacy program to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or policies.
- Ensure cybersecurity plans align with privacy practices.
- Identify and address privacy compliance gaps.

Job Qualifications:
Educational Background and
Certifications:
Maters/ Bachelor degree in Information Security / Information Technology or related major.
Experience:
+2 Years in data protection field IT and Information Security Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Audit.
Skills and Abilities:
Bilingual (Arabic and English)
Effective Communication Skills.
Certifications:
like CIPM, GDPR and CIPP are preferred.
