1. Job Objective
Oversee and enhance the JCSA security operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, managing security personnel, and ensuring the safety of our facilities, employees, and assets.
2. Primary Roles and Responsibilities Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures.
- Schedule and oversee security personnel to ensure proper coverage.
- Schedule and oversee security personnel to ensure proper coverage.
- Ensure compliance with local, and regulations related to security.
- Prepare and present security reports to top management.
Other Related Assignments
- Complete duties as requested by direct line manager
3. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Security and safety, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience as a Security Manager or similar role.
- May require working outside of regular business hours.
Ability to respond to emergencies and security incidents at any time.
Required Years of Experience
7- 10 years of Experience in security management or a related field.
