Job Title; AP senior Accountant Insurance

Responsible for insurance-related accounting activities, reconciliations, reporting, and

supporting compliance with IFRS and internal controls.



Priority Responsibility/Tasks (( not limited to the

following) Scope of Responsibility/Tasks)



1- Manage insurance accounting entries andreconciliations.

2- Monitor insurance accruals and settlements.


3- Coordinate with brokers and insurance providers.


4- Support audit and IFRS compliance requirements


5- Prepare insurance-related financial reports.


6- Monthly coordinate to review the renewal of the insurance policies with operation team.


7- Ad hoc Analysis of partial loss or total loss cases


8- Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term business and financial plans.


9- Prepare and coordinate health insurance monthly reconciliation.


10- Review monthly reconciliation of rebates and follow up on pending balances.


Educational Qualification (Academics)


Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Insurance, or related field



Competencies


Knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles


ERP systems experience (Kastle & Orion preferred)


Strong Excel and reporting skills


Analytical and reconciliation capabilities


Managing People, communication, and teamwork skills


 Experience
