Job Objective

Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcoming: Create a warm and inviting atmosphere, greeting guests with a smile and guiding them to their tables.
- Order Master: Take orders accurately and attentively, listening to preferences and offering recommendations based on menu knowledge and guest needs.
- Delivery Artist: Ensure prompt and efficient delivery of food and beverages, maintaining impeccable presentation and attentiveness to detail.
- Comfort Conductor: Maintain the table's ambiance, refilling water glasses, clearing plates, and ensuring everyone's dining needs are met.
- Satisfaction Sleuth: Proactively check in on guests, addressing any concerns or requests with professionalism and a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Problem-Solver: Handle minor complaints and unexpected situations with grace and resourcefulness, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
Operational Choreographer:
· Teamwork Maestro: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, from kitchen staff to fellow servers, to ensure seamless service flow and optimal table utilization.
· Cleaning Coordinator: Maintain a clean and presentable dining area, removing used dishes and resetting tables for new guests.
· Cash Flow Conductor: Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling bills and providing change with a friendly and professional demeanor.
