Job Objective
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and execute daily menus, taking into consideration seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
- Supervise and lead kitchen staff in the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control, to minimize waste and optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Participate in menu development, bringing creativity and a passion for culinary excellence to enhance the dining experience.

Actively contribute to maintaining a high standard of food presentation, taste, and overall dining experienceOther Related Assignments● Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
● Culinary degree or equivalent work experience.
● Strong leadership and communication skills.
● Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
● In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and food safety regulations.
● Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
